Website Resources:
Dynamic Drive
This site contains a library of scripts and codes, some of which are in use on this website (i.e. the image slideshow on the home page).
GoDaddy
I have registered all but one of my domains with GoDaddy, as they are easy to use and inexpensive.  My current domain count with them stands at 10!
HTML Practice Board
This is an online resource to see the output of your html.  Very neat!
iPowerWeb Web Hosting - This is the company that currently hosts this site.  They have been a very reliable host with excellent customer service.  You get large amount of storage for a great price and their online website control panel is easy to use.
Robots.txt Files
A robots.txt file placed in your root (main/home) directory can help guide the "good bots" through your site and keep them out of directories that you do not want them to index.  "Good bots," such as Google, Yahoo and MSN, follow the guidelines you specify in your robots.txt file and crawl your website accordingly.  Unfortunately, the "bad bots" usually do not (see the "User Agents List" below to exclude those bad guys!)
Speed Test
Check the speed of your broadband or DSL internet connection.
User Agents List
An extensive list that includes spambots and other "bad" user agents and bots.
WebMaster World
A great forum with a lot of information and resources related to web design.  This is where I learned how to implement a .htaccess file in many of my website directories to exclude spambots and perform a variety of other functions.  They require registration to read/post in the forum; however, it's free.
